I thought I'd just point out that today is the Ides of March, i.e. The anniversary of Julius Caesar's assassination in the year 44BC (2051 years ago, if anyone's counting). It's quite incredible that Caesar is still remembered, that his is a name that still commands a certain amount of respect, and that the man himself has been immortalised like so few ever have been. Dude was even deified. Amazing.

Yeah, so I'm a geeky final year student of Ancient History... and what?

It also happens to be Simone's (a.k.a. Boobies) 19th birthday today! WooHaa!!!

( Uhm... As I was falling asleep last night, the words 'My Chemical Debris' popped into my head. Annika just called me, completely knackered out, and she told me that she just gave birth to her daughter, Amber-Rose, who weighs a hearty 7lbs 5oz!!!

I'm going to see her and the baby tomorrow in the Coral Ward... Annika said she'll probably be in there for about 3 days. Ive been talking and singing to this baby for 9 months now, and I can't wait to see what she looks like!!! I bet she's all chubby with lots of dark hair. Haha - I'll describe her once I've seen her. :-) I'm leaving early so that when I get lost, I will still manage to get there in time for visitor's hours. Hehe. ;-) I will more than likely be briefly cursing my poor left foot, which I injured in my haste to grab hold of, and answer, the phone. Lol.

Wheeeeeeeeeeee!!! I have a niece!!! ZOMFG!!! It only took approximately 48 hours of labour... at least it was only about 12 hours of "Established labour", eh...?
